Do you screen print or embroider your caps or visors?

We sell only blank visors, caps, and hats or pre-embroidered headwear. We've found that customers will get the best results by having personalization done locally. That way they can more easily see what designs are available, specify their exact design requirements, and have an embroidery tape or screen available to them for other uses in the future.

What is your shipping policy (how fast and how much)?

We ship all orders placed before 2PM EST the same day and all others the next business day unless the customer specifies a different shipping date. If we are unable to ship within 48 hours, we will contact you with an estimated shipping date.

We offer free shipping on orders placed online over $100 or a flat rate of $8.95. Standard shipping methods are UPS Ground, FedEx Saver, or USPS Priority Mail. Call us for orders requiring next day or second day air.

What is your return policy?

We want happy customers. To return an item for any reason, just call our toll-free number. We have a "no hassle" return policy and no "restocking" charge. All we ask is that you pay all freight charges, don’t put any screen printing or embroidery materials on any item or remove any tags, and return within 30 days.

What size should my child wear? Standard or Youth?

That's always a difficult question to answer because children’s head sizes vary so much. All of our adjustable caps and visors have Snap, Velcro, or Buckle/Strap closures that give the wearer about a 2" size adjustment. Our Youth size is meant for the average child who typically wears size 6 1/2 to 7. The crown of a Youth cap, and the brim (the part that shades the eyes - sometimes called the visor) of both our Youth Caps and Visors, are smaller than the Standard size.

Can you send us a sample for our evaluation?

We'll be happy to sell you a sample(s) of any of our products at our regular price plus shipping. We do not have minimum order quantities.

Are the colors consistent year-to-year? If I buy a red visor this year can I get the same color next year?

Absolutely. We buy from experienced manufacturers who offer College and Major League colors that are popular year after year. Although new colors may be added or deleted, it's rare for these team colors to change.

What is your privacy policy?

We value your privacy and your time. Please be assured that we will not release your e-mail address or any other personally identifying information to anyone.

What are your payment terms?

Net 30 days with bona fide School District or University Purchase Order. Pay Pal, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Prepaid Check, or Money Order for all others. Customer is responsible for all Shipping Charges on any non-defective items returned or refused. We do not accept COD orders.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship to continental U.S.A., FPO and APO addresses. If you have a freight forwarder, consolidator, or friend/business associate in the U.S. who can receive your shipment and forward it to you, please advise us of their address and phone number. Your order will be shipped immediately.
