Do you have a minimum order?

Nope! There are no minimums — you can order one item or one hundred.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship within the United States, including APO/FPO addresses.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes! Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days. Items must be in new condition. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.

How fast will my order ship?

Most orders ship the same day if placed before 2:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday.

Can I order hats for my team or business?

Yes! We work with teams, leagues, schools, companies, and more. No order is too big or too small. Visit our Wholesale Customers page for more information.

Do you offer embroidery or customization?

We don't offer embroidery directly, but many of our customers order blank hats and have them customized locally. Our products are ideal for embroidery and screen printing.

What size hats do you carry?

We carry both adjustable and fitted caps in a wide range of sizes, including youth and extended fit options. Check individual product pages for sizing details.
